Seoul Housing and Communities Corporation (SH Corporation) is taking steps to foster a culture of integrity within the organization.
SH Corporation announced on the 23rd that it held the "Integrity Improvement Plan Executive Report Meeting" on the 22nd, chaired by Kim Heon-dong, President of SH Corporation.
The executives attending the report meeting presented their respective headquarters' integrity improvement plans and pledged to lead by example in creating an honest organizational culture.

On the 17th, a workshop on integrity was held for senior executives at the director level and above. They attended special lectures on key issues and cases of ethical management and conducted facilitation sessions to explore practical measures for fostering an honest organizational culture.
Kim Heon-dong, President of SH Corporation, stated, "To improve unreasonable practices and establish a culture of integrity, senior officials must first cultivate an awareness of integrity and lead by example. Taking this 'Integrity Improvement Plan Executive Report Meeting' as an opportunity, we will concentrate the entire organization's capabilities from senior officials to employees to become an exemplary institution of integrity that meets citizens' expectations."
Meanwhile, SH Corporation achieved a Grade 1 rating in the 2023 Integrity Effort Evaluation by the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission in the local public corporation group and was also selected as the best institution in the "2024 Investment-Funded Institutions Anti-Corruption Policy Evaluation" conducted for Seoul Metropolitan Government investment-funded institutions.
Based on these achievements, SH Corporation announced plans to focus on strengthening integrity leadership among senior officials and expanding communication with stakeholders to analyze the causes of vulnerable areas in integrity, aiming to become a comprehensive excellent integrity institution this year.
