The subscription schedule starts with special supply on the 3rd of next month, followed by first priority on the 4th, and second priority on the 5th. The announcement of winners will be on the 12th of next month, and the official contract period will be held for three days from the 24th to the 26th of next month.

Gimhae City is a non-regulated area, so as of the announcement date of the recruitment notice, anyone aged 19 or older who has held a subscription account for more than 6 months and meets the deposit requirements by region and area can apply for first priority subscription regardless of home ownership status, whether household head or member.
