Excluding first-term, defeated, or non-running members, those who ranked high in real estate assets in the previous assembly expanded or maintained similar scales of real estate assets in the 22nd National Assembly, securing top positions.
According to a comparison of the analysis data on the assets of members-elect of the 21st and 22nd National Assemblies by the Citizens' Coalition for Economic Justice (CCEJ), based on the amounts reported to the National Election Commission, the real estate assets of the 22nd general election winners (1.89 billion KRW) increased by 40% compared to those of the 21st winners (1.35 billion KRW).

His real estate assets amounted to 40.97 billion KRW, nearly 1.2 billion KRW more than the 39.78 billion KRW reported in the 21st Assembly. This is more than 22 times the average for the 22nd members-elect (1.89 billion KRW) and about 100 times the national average (410 million KRW). Park Jeong is known as a successful entrepreneur who established and operated a large language institute.
