NHN Cloud is strengthening partnerships in the Japanese market, a strategic region for its overseas business, by securing new partners.
On the 22nd, NHN Cloud announced that it has signed a sales partnership for the mobile app security service "NHN AppGuard" with the Japanese company AIQVE ONE, which is actively conducting business centered on quality assurance (QA) services. AIQVE ONE is a company in Japan that provides specialized quality testing in software fields such as games and web by utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) and automation technologies.
Under this agreement, AIQVE ONE will act as a reseller of NHN AppGuard and conduct local sales. In particular, it plans to carry out strategic sales in the gaming sector, which is a major customer base of AIQVE ONE and where NHN AppGuard has already secured numerous clients.
NHN Cloud expects that business synergy can be realized in both app protection and quality assurance based on the vertical service strengths possessed by both companies.
Going forward, NHN Cloud plans to actively expand the NHN AppGuard business in the Japanese market based on local partnerships. It also plans to expand its sales scope from other vertical services to Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS).
Kim Donghoon, CEO of NHN Cloud, said, "We will gradually expand our customer base by accumulating trust and achievements based on partnerships in the Japanese market. Along with this, we will expand our business in Japan by introducing the service lineup recognized in the domestic market locally."
