[Special Stock] Wonik Hits 52-Week High for 2 Consecutive Days...Highlighted as a Beneficiary Stock in Cosmetics Sector

As of 9:24 AM on the 22nd, Wonik is trading at 5,750 KRW, up 12.30% (630 KRW) from the previous day. After closing at 5,120 KRW the day before, surpassing the 52-week high of 4,610 KRW recorded in March, Wonik's stock price continues its strong upward trend for the second consecutive day.

Wonik is a company positioned at the top of the governance structure of the Wonik Group, which was recently designated as a large business group with assets exceeding 5 trillion KRW. Wonik's main business sectors include the electronics components division, the trading division that imports and sells semiconductors and lighting equipment, and the healthcare division that imports and sells advanced medical equipment such as surgical devices for general surgery and urology.

In particular, its subsidiary CMS Lab appears to be having a decisive impact on the stock price increase. CMS Lab launched a new product brand called 'The Marble Block' at all Daiso stores this month. The brand consists of five products: Daily Sun Cream, Tone-up Sun Cream, Aqua Sun Cream, BB Sun Cream, and Sun Stick. Daiso's beauty division sales grew 150% year-over-year in the first quarter of this year, benefiting from the 'K-Beauty' trend, with many items becoming 'sold-out crazes.' The growth of CMS Lab, which has secured the Daiso channel, is also an anticipated highlight. CMS Lab is also operating the 'Cell Fusion C' brand business at all Olive Young stores, another key channel for K-Beauty, in addition to Daiso.
