Emergency Bell and Portable Protective Equipment Inspection

The Jeonnam Provincial Office of Education announced on the 21st that it conducted a joint simulation training with the Muan Police Station Namak Precinct to prepare for malicious complaints from civil petitioners recently reported in the media.

The training assumed a situation where a civil petitioner, dissatisfied with the handling process, verbally abused or assaulted staff, and proceeded in the following order as in a real situation: ▲inducing the petitioner to calm down ▲notifying the recording and filming ▲calling the police ▲separating the affected public official and the visiting petitioner ▲handing over to the police.

No Gwon-yeol, Director of General Affairs, said, “It is most important that public officials in charge of civil petitions do not suffer harm when malicious complaints occur,” and added, “We will continue multifaceted support to minimize damage from the rapidly increasing malicious complaints and to provide high-quality civil petition services.”
