This training course will be held from mid-June to the end of November, selecting approximately 100 participants, including 70 new graduates and soon-to-be graduates who wish to pursue careers or start businesses in content export and marketing, and 30 current professionals from content companies who will be responsible for export and marketing tasks in the future.
The formal training program consists of three main parts: △ Basic Training, which covers export and marketing practical processes through theory and practice; △ Advanced Training, which involves strategies for entering overseas content markets, case analysis, and business model planning; and △ Foreign Language Training, which focuses on business English skills such as preparing English marketing materials and reviewing contracts.
Special training programs include △ On-site training at domestic content B2B trade shows, △ Overseas study and internship programs, △ Expert mentoring, △ Specialized training to enhance job competencies, and △ Networking programs.
In particular, this year, the ‘small elite group practice’ has been significantly expanded, and training on generative AI utilization and IP-based marketing strategies has been strengthened to reflect industry trends. Additionally, to support trainees’ entry into the workforce and enhance business capabilities, the special program will provide support for ‘internship programs’ and ‘portfolio creation.’
The training program features top domestic content industry experts as instructors. A total of 78 representatives and practical managers from companies with successful overseas expansion cases in broadcasting, gaming, webtoons, music, and other fields will participate to help improve the practical skills of the trainees.
Benefits for trainees include △ full tuition support and learning support vouchers, △ opportunities for overseas study in countries such as the United States and Japan, and △ internship programs at major export content companies, providing multifaceted support to cultivate professional personnel who will support the overseas expansion of K-Content.
Meanwhile, KOCCA will hold an online recruitment briefing session on the 22nd at 7:30 PM on the EduCoca official YouTube channel. More detailed information can be found on the KOCCA website and the EduCoca website.
President Cho Hyun-rae of KOCCA stated, “As K-Content exports expand, they contribute greatly not only to economic ripple effects but also to enhancing the national brand value,” adding, “We will continue to actively nurture specialized personnel for content export to support the sustained overseas expansion of Korean content.”
