The Bonghwa Cultural Center will hold a Jeongja Concert on the outdoor stage of the Bonghwa Jeongja Cultural Life Center in Bongseong-myeon at 7 p.m. on the 24th.
The Jeongja Concert was organized to widely promote the beautiful pavilions of Bonghwa, which is known as the hometown of pavilions. Last year, it was held at Hansujeong in Chunyang-myeon and Doamjeong in Bonghwa-eup, receiving great responses from local residents and tourists.
This year's first Jeongja Concert will feature performances by the popera group Tuxedo4Men, the fusion gugak group Sia, singers Kim Misong, Lee Misuk, Lee Taeho, and others, presenting a variety of musical genres.
Kim Heemun, Director of the Bonghwa Cultural Center, said, "I hope that through the Jeongja Concert, people will fully appreciate the value and significance of Bonghwa's traditional pavilions and have a meaningful time to cultivate their cultural knowledge."
