'Healthy Lifestyle Habits?'... Gwangjin-gu Hosts Health Lecture Featuring Guest Speaker

Gwangjin-gu (District Mayor Kim Kyung-ho) will hold a 'Celebrity Invitation Health Lecture' to promote residents' health on the 23rd at the Gwangjin-gu Office auditorium.


The invited lecturer, Professor Myung Seung-kwon of the National Cancer Center, will engage with the audience and make the most of the 90-minute session. Professor Myung has appeared on various broadcasts such as MBC QueeN's "Cancer and Me" and JTBC's "Banggu-seok 1-yeol," and has authored health books including "You Should Stop Taking Vitamins First."


This lecture will be conducted under the theme "Correct Lifestyle Habits for Health and Understanding Health Functional Foods."


The main topics include ▲ Understanding Health Functional Foods ▲ The Truth and Proper Intake Methods of Health Functional Foods ▲ Small Practices in Daily Life to Prevent Cancer ▲ Knowing and Eating Foods That Prevent Cancer, providing valuable health information and proper health management tips.


Applications are accepted until 6 p.m. on the 22nd. Residents wishing to participate can register through the Gwangjin-gu Office website or the Health Policy Division of the Gwangjin-gu Public Health Center within the period. Anyone interested in health can participate free of charge.


Kim Kyung-ho, Mayor of Gwangjin-gu, said, "Through this special lecture, I hope many residents learn accurate health management methods and practice them in daily life," adding, "We will continue to select topics of high interest to residents and operate various special lectures to promote residents' health."
