Over 10,000 Visitors at the Model House of Osan Segyo Hanshin The Hue

Visitors continue to flock to the model house of ‘Osan Segyo Hanshin The Hue,’ which is scheduled for sale from the 20th to the 22nd.

According to industry sources on the 20th, a total of about 12,000 visitors came to the ‘Osan Segyo Hanshin The Hue’ model house, which opened on the 17th, over three days. The sales official explained that long queues formed for entry and the consultation desks were crowded with customers seeking to confirm subscription conditions and schedules.

‘Osan Segyo Hanshin The Hue’ is being developed in Block A16 of Segyo 2 District, Osan-si, Gyeonggi Province, consisting of 10 buildings from 2 basement floors to 25 floors above ground, with a total of 844 households. The units range in exclusive area from 74 to 99 square meters.

This complex is located in Segyo 2 District, where the price ceiling system is applied, resulting in prices set lower than the surrounding market prices. It is the first in Segyo 2 District to offer interest-free intermediate payments.

Features include wide distances between buildings and various community facilities. The complex provides a large central plaza for community activities, as well as a fitness center, indoor golf practice range, and an indoor multipurpose gymnasium.

A sales official stated, “‘Osan Segyo Hanshin The Hue’ is adjacent to Segyo 3 District, which was designated as a new residential site last year, and is expected to become a key hinterland complex of the semiconductor cluster triangle in the southern Gyeonggi area. The first application of interest-free intermediate payments in Segyo 2 District and the affordable prices compared to surrounding market prices have attracted many prospective subscribers to the model house.”

Subscription will begin with special supply on the 20th, followed by first priority on the 21st and second priority on the 22nd. First priority subscription is available to residents of Osan-si, Gyeonggi Province, or the metropolitan area who have held a subscription savings account for at least 12 months and meet the deposit amount requirements by region and area. Homeowners are also eligible to apply. The announcement of winners will be on the 28th of this month, and the official contract period is from the 10th to the 14th of next month.
