Daejeon City Re-designates Ansan Defense Industrial Complex Land Transaction Permission Zone for 3 Years

Daejeon City Re-designates Ansan Defense Industrial Complex Land Transaction Permission Zone for 3 Years Designation of Ansan Defense Industrial Complex as a Land Transaction Permission Zone / Daejeon City

Daejeon City announced that it will re-designate or lift the land transaction permission zones for three areas totaling 7.67㎢, including Yuseong Ansan Defense Industrial Complex.


The Ansan Defense Industrial Complex will be re-designated as a land transaction permission zone for three years from the 31st until May 30, 2027, while two other zones, Daedeok Public Support Private Rental Housing Supply Promotion District and Jangdae Urban High-Tech Industrial Complex, will be lifted from the land transaction permission zones as of the 31st.


The Ansan Defense Industrial Complex will be designated with an increase from 7.12㎢ to 7.25㎢, reflecting the project area, an increase of 0.13㎢. The designated areas include Banseok-dong, Sunam-dong, Sinbong-dong, Ansan-dong, and Oesam-dong.


Daedeok Public Support Private Rental Housing Supply Promotion District and Jangdae Urban High-Tech Industrial Complex have completed housing construction projects and compensation, and will be lifted from designation as of the 31st.


Within the land transaction permission zones, if the land area exceeds 60㎡ in residential areas, 150㎡ in commercial areas, 150㎡ in industrial areas, or 100㎡ in green areas, permission for land transactions must be obtained from the district office before the contract.


If a contract is made without permission or through fraudulent means, the offender may face imprisonment of up to two years or a fine up to 30% of the individually announced land price for that year.


Additionally, if land acquired with permission is not used for its intended purpose, a compliance penalty of up to 10% of the land acquisition price will be imposed.
