In the fourth week of May, around 4,000 households nationwide will begin pre-sale.
According to Real Estate R114 on the 18th, between the 20th and 26th of this month, six complexes nationwide, totaling 4,104 households (2,510 general sale units), will go on sale. This is a slight decrease compared to last week's supply of 5,434 households.
This week, the supply is concentrated in the Gyeonggi region. On the 21st, first-priority subscriptions and on the 22nd, second-priority subscriptions will be held for complexes such as 'Gimpo Bukbyeon Woomeerin Park Live' in Bukbyeon-dong, Gimpo-si, Gyeonggi; 'Osan Segyo Hanshin The Hue' in Tap-dong, Osan-si, Gyeonggi; 'Icheon Xi The Rev' in Songjeong-dong, Icheon-si, Gyeonggi; and 'Yangpyeong Haneulchae Centro Hills' in Yangpyeong-eup, Yangpyeong-gun, Gyeonggi.

'Gimpo Bukbyeon Woomeerin Park Live' is a complex developed through the redevelopment of Bukbyeon 3 District, located at 329-2 Bukbyeon-dong, Gimpo-si. It consists of 13 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to a maximum of 29 floors above ground, with a total of 1,200 households. Among these, 831 households are available for general sale. The units range in exclusive area from 59 to 84 square meters.
This complex is within walking distance of Geolpo Bukbyeon Station on the Gimpo Gold Line and offers convenient access to Seoul and the metropolitan area via Gimpo Hangang-ro. Nearby are schools such as Gimpo Elementary, Gimpo West Elementary, and Gimpo Middle School, as well as lifestyle amenities including an intercity bus terminal, movie theaters, and large hospitals. Additionally, once the Bukbyeon redevelopment project is completed, the area surrounding the complex is expected to transform into a new residential district with over 7,000 households. It is anticipated to serve as a residential area supporting the industrial complex 'Gimpo Hangang Cinepolis,' scheduled for completion by the end of next year.
On the 24th, model houses for six complexes will open, including 'Seodaemun Central I-Park' in Hong Eun-dong, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul; 'Hyosung Harrington Place Dong Suwon' in Uman-dong, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi; and 'Doosan We’ve The Zenith Central City' in Hakjeong-dong, Buk-gu, Daegu.
