According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, the weekend of the 18th to 19th will be mostly clear nationwide. There will be a large temperature difference between day and night, especially inland, so it is advisable to dress accordingly.
On this day, the nationwide daytime high temperature will rise to 23 to 30 degrees Celsius, exceeding the average temperature range (21.2?26.0 degrees). The highest temperatures in major cities will be 26 degrees in Seoul, 28 degrees in Daejeon and Gwangju, 29 degrees in Daegu, 24 degrees in Busan, and 30 degrees in Gangneung. The Korea Meteorological Administration expects daytime temperatures to exceed 25 degrees in most areas nationwide, with a very large temperature difference of 15 to 20 degrees between day and night, especially inland.
The air will be very dry in the mountainous and northern mid-mountain areas of Jeju Island, and the air will gradually become dry in Jeju Island, Gangwon Yeongdong, and the Gyeongsang region, so caution is needed against various fires such as wildfires. In particular, strong winds are expected mainly in Gangwon Yeongdong until this day, so even a small spark can lead to a large fire.
During the weekend, fog will form over the southern sea, and fog may also occur over the western sea for the time being, so maritime safety accidents should be carefully watched. The clear weather will continue until Sunday the 19th. On the 19th, the nationwide morning low temperature is forecast to be 10 to 18 degrees, and the daytime high temperature 22 to 31 degrees.
