The Seoul International Garden Expo is a festival promoting the 'Garden City Seoul,' held since 2013. Through an international competition, it features artist gardens created by domestic and international experts, as well as gardens made by various groups including students, citizens, companies, and institutions. HDC Hyundai Development Company participated in this event to offer the local community a garden landscape that serves as a resting place in daily life.
The I-Park Garden is a garden arranged on a 180-pyeong site at the entrance of Ttukseom Hangang Park. It expresses the design values of the I-Park brand and the Hidden Nature concept of the Gwangwoon University Station area development project. Visitors can enjoy the landscape that changes with the seasons for about five months until the Seoul International Garden Expo ends on October 8.

The I-Park Garden is designed as a nature-friendly yet futuristic garden. The entrance space embodies I-Park’s simple and modern image, expressing a garden of sparkling glass blocks reminiscent of a forest.
The I-Park Garden also aligns with the landscaping concept of the complex to be introduced in the Gwangwoon University Station area development project, which aims to begin construction within the year. It plans to depict a nature-friendly and healthy city within the urban environment, with walking trails connected to the surrounding natural environment such as Jungnangcheon Stream, and a lifestyle where buildings, people, nature, and the urban environment coexist through landscaping.
An HDC Hyundai Development Company official said, “We have created a beautiful garden reflecting the brand image of I-Park, and it will be a great opportunity for many people to experience the charm of I-Park at Hangang Park.”
