Samsung SDS announced on the 15th that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Incheon International Airport Corporation and the Telecommunications Technology Association (TTA).


Through this agreement, the three parties will collaborate to innovate the work of airport corporation employees by ▲providing video conferencing solutions and generative artificial intelligence (AI) services ▲supporting the efficiency of airport corporation operations using generative AI ▲verifying and supporting the stable adoption of AI technology.


Samsung SDS will provide Incheon International Airport Corporation with the video conferencing solution 'Brity Meeting' and Brity Copilot, which automates common corporate collaborative tasks using generative AI.


Brity Copilot is a service that applies generative AI technology to collaboration solutions supporting common corporate tasks such as email, messenger, meetings, and document management, which are most frequently used during company work.


Employees of Incheon International Airport Corporation can utilize various AI functions in their work through Brity Copilot during video conferences, including ▲real-time subtitles (Korean/English) and translation (13 languages) ▲full meeting transcript subtitles ▲meeting minutes creation and derivation of action items.


Hwang Seong-woo, CEO of Samsung SDS, said, "Based on this cooperation, we will continue to collaborate to drive hyper-automation innovation and digital transformation at Incheon International Airport Corporation."


Samsung SDS has officially launched Brity Copilot and the generative AI service platform 'FabriX' and is developing enterprise generative AI service businesses by communicating with customers in various sectors such as public and defense, distribution, finance, and manufacturing.
