[Breaking] Presidential Office: "Japan's Measures Must Never Contradict Naver's Intentions"

The Presidential Office held briefings for two consecutive days regarding the 'Line Yahoo incident' and stated, "If Line Yahoo intends to submit information security enhancement measures excluding changes to the Japanese government's capital structure, the government will provide Naver with sufficient support as needed."

Policy Chief Seong Tae-yoon held a briefing at the Yongsan Presidential Office on the afternoon of the 14th and explained, "There must never be any unfavorable measures taken by the Japanese government related to the capital structure that go against Naver's intentions."
