Rapid Response to Administrative Changes with Introduction of 'One-Person Team Leader System'
Uljin-gun, Gyeongbuk Province, introduced the ‘One-Person Team Leader System’ on the 13th to actively respond to the rapidly changing administrative environment and the administrative demands of residents.
Unlike the existing team organization composed of a team leader and team members, the ‘One-Person Team Leader System’ allows the team leader to handle all tasks from drafting to implementation independently, without any team members.
The newly introduced One-Person Team Leader System is applied to the Regional Cooperation TF Team, which is responsible for support tasks related to regional cooperation following the construction of Shinhanul Units 3 and 4, enabling swift decision-making.
In particular, efforts will be made to secure residential spaces so that the workforce involved in the construction of Shinhanul Units 3 and 4 can move into Uljin-gun as part of the living population, aiming to contribute to regional population growth and economic revitalization.
The county plans to flexibly operate the organization by discovering additional tasks suitable for the One-Person Team Leader System, focusing on new or priority projects, and promptly responding to administrative demands.
County Governor Son Byeong-bok stated, “By assigning major policy projects or core tasks of the county to the One-Person Team Leaders, we expect the organization to become more active through their swift response and demonstrated capabilities. We will explore various measures for efficient county administration and expand the implementation of the One-Person Team Leader System.”
