Dosiyujeon announced on the 13th that it signed a practical cooperation agreement between the two companies at the headquarters of Malakoff Corporation Berhad in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, to execute a waste eco-friendly RGO (Regenerated Green Oil) system processing project.
The RGO technology, developed independently by Dosiyujeon, extracts fuels such as naphtha by low-temperature decomposition of waste plastics or waste vinyl through wave energy generated from ceramic balls. It received the New Excellent Technology (NET) certification from the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy in 2021. The company explained that processing 1 ton of waste plastic or waste vinyl can produce 0.7 to 0.8 tons of naphtha or light oil.
At the signing ceremony, Malakoff Group was represented by CEO Encik Anwar Syahrin Abdul Ajib and Adam Saffian Bin Ghazali, CEO of its subsidiary Alam Flora. Dosiyujeon was represented by CEO Jung Young-hoon and Business Director Ham Dong-hyun.
According to the agreement, both companies will establish and execute strategies to evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of the RGO facility development and operation in Malaysia. They also agreed on matters including site selection and permits within Malaysia for facility and system construction, system design, implementation, commissioning, and provision of equipment/resources related to operation.

Dosiyujeon will provide professional guidance, technical advice, and consulting services throughout the Malaysian Dosiyujeon project. This project is planned to be implemented in a one-stop manner, with Dosiyujeon directly handling the design, procurement, and construction (EPC) of the RGO facility.
Regarding this, Malakoff Group and Alam Flora plan to visit the Dosiyujeon RGO plant, which will be completed in Jeongeup City, Korea, in August, and sign an RGO facility sales contract between the two companies within this year, the company explained. Dosiyujeon and Malaysia’s Alam Flora agreed last November through practical business consultations to finalize the specific timing and schedule for introducing the RGO system owned by Dosiyujeon within 2024.
CEO Encik Anwar Syahrin Abdul Ajib said, "This contract demonstrates Malakoff Group’s efforts to enhance responsible and eco-friendly waste processing capabilities in Malaysia," adding, "It not only supports achieving Malaysia’s recycling rate target of 40% by 2025 but also aligns with the ambitious goal of achieving ‘net zero emissions’ by 2050."
