The Goyang Janghang district is a public land development district along the Han River with high scarcity value in the metropolitan area. The commercial facility 'Sigan,' the largest among mixed-use complexes in the Janghang district, will be located at the gateway to Ilsan Lake Park. Bando Construction plans to directly operate a flagship mall that enhances customer attraction with kid's content, a large bookstore, select dining, SSM (corporate supermarket), and an auto detailing shop. They also plan to operate a master lease (5-year guaranteed income plan) and a 'Safe Lease Support Program (planned)' considering post-completion commercial area revitalization.
