Noranwoosan Management Support Group Proposes Management Dispute Solutions

The Korea Federation of Small and Medium Business (Kbiz) announced on the 14th that it held the 'On-site Clinic for Small Business Owners' Management Concerns' to resolve management difficulties faced by small enterprises and small business owners, together with experts from the Yellow Umbrella Management Support Group.

As part of Small and Medium Business Week events, approximately 300 small business owners and self-employed individuals subscribed to the Yellow Umbrella Mutual Aid participated in the lecture titled 'Legal Dispute Solutions Every Business Owner Must Know.' Through this, small business owners examined various difficulties and concerns frequently encountered in business operations, such as commercial lease contracts, accounts receivable, and labor management, by case.

In particular, experts from the Yellow Umbrella Mutual Aid Management Support Group, including practicing lawyers, tax accountants, certified public accountants, and labor consultants, attended in person to resolve small business owners' concerns in various fields through one-on-one face-to-face consultations.

The Yellow Umbrella Mutual Aid has been operating the 'Yellow Umbrella Management Support Group' since 2016 to address on-site difficulties in specialized fields related to the management activities of small enterprises and small business owners who are eligible for subscription. A total of 289 experts in various fields such as law, labor, taxation, accounting, intellectual property, customs, and legal affairs serve as advisory members, providing professional business management consultation services to small enterprises and small business owners.

Chang-ho Lee, Head of the Mutual Aid Operations Division at Kbiz, stated, “As difficulties for Yellow Umbrella subscribers and small enterprises and small business owners are increasing due to recent high inflation and high interest rates, we will continue to hold on-site clinic events by region to provide assistance through expert consultations on legal, tax, accounting, and labor issues encountered during business operations.”
