In the women's golf weekly world rankings announced on the 13th (local time), she earned 2.66 points, moving up from 34th place last week to 31st. She accumulated ranking points by winning the NH Investment & Securities Ladies Championship (total prize money 800 million KRW) on the KLPGA Tour, which concluded on the 12th at Suwon Country Club in Yongin, Gyeonggi Province (par 72, 6,586 yards), with a 3-stroke lead.


Lee Ye-won achieved a ‘wire-to-wire’ victory, holding the top spot on the leaderboard for three consecutive days. This is her second win of the season and fifth career victory, two months after the Blue Canyon Ladies Championship in March, with a winner's prize of 144 million KRW. She is tied for first in wins, ranks third in the money list (361,133,038 KRW), and fourth in the points race (149 points).


There were no changes in the top ranks. Nelly Korda, Lilia Vu (both from the USA), C?line Boutier (France), Yin Ruoning (China), and Ko Jin-young maintained their positions from 1st to 5th. Rose Zhang (USA), who won the Cognizant Founders Cup last week, jumped 10 places to 6th. South Korea’s Kim Hyo-joo is 11th, Yang Hee-young 19th, Shin Ji-ae 21st, and Yoo Hae-ran 26th. Kim Sei-young is 36th, rookie Lim Jin-hee 37th, Bang Shin-sil 38th, Park Ji-young 39th, and Choi Hye-jin is looking to break into the top ranks from 40th place.
