Daechang Solution, 1Q Operating Profit of 1 Billion KRW... "5 Consecutive Quarters of Profit"

Daechang Solution has continued its streak of operating profit surpluses for five consecutive quarters since the first quarter of last year, driven by strong performance in the power generation equipment sector.

Daechang Solution announced on the 13th that it recorded an operating profit of 980 million KRW in the first quarter of this year. Net profit for the same period remained positive at 450 million KRW. However, sales revenue decreased by 15% compared to the same period last year, recording 16.7 billion KRW.

Daechang Solution plans to secure orders through 2025 by participating in wind power projects, starting with offshore structures in the second quarter.

A company representative stated, “Along with stable shipbuilding orders expected to continue through next year, we anticipate additional high value-added offshore orders and increased demand for wind power,” adding, “We expect not only to maintain the profit trend but also to achieve continuous performance improvement.”
