KB Securities Announces Open Recruitment for New Employees in 2024

Online Applications via KB Securities Recruitment Website Open Until the 27th of This Month

KB Securities announced on the 13th that it will conduct an open recruitment for new employees (Grade 4 and Grade 5) in 2024, targeting domestic and international university graduates and prospective graduates.

The recruitment fields include a total of eight areas: ▲Corporate Finance (IB) ▲S&T (Sales & Trading, sales and management of domestic and international securities) ▲Private Banker (PB) ▲IT ▲Information Security ▲Digital ▲Head Office Management ▲Branch Operations.

Applications can be submitted online through the KB Securities recruitment website until May 27, after which new employees will be selected through document screening, written tests, and interview stages (1st and 2nd rounds).

Applicants who pass the first interview in the IB, S&T, PB, IT, Information Security, Digital, and Head Office Management fields will participate in a 5-week internship program in the respective departments. Those who complete the internship program will then undergo a final executive interview (2nd interview) before joining as new employees.

KB Securities continues to implement blind recruitment, which does not provide personal information unrelated to capabilities, to enhance the reliability and fairness of the hiring process.

Additionally, on the 21st and 22nd of this month, a total of four offline recruitment briefings (including introduction of recruitment fields, job counseling, and working conditions guidance) will be held at Catch Cafe (Hyehwa and Sinchon branches). However, prior registration on the KB Securities recruitment website is required to participate in the recruitment briefings.
