Major developer DK Asia announced that 'Wanggil Station Royal Park City,' the first premium pilot complex among the 21,313 households in the resort special city, will be grandly opened on May 13. The complex features European-style fountains, themed gardens with unique characteristics, and various artistic sculptures, creating infrastructure comparable to a respectable arboretum.

In addition, a full option package worth around 100 million KRW is provided free of charge. The down payment has been reduced from the original 10% to 5%, and the intermediate payment is offered entirely interest-free, making it easier for consumers to purchase their own homes.

The core of the grand opening of Wanggil Station Royal Park City Prugio is the completion of urban infrastructure. In particular, it has been developed as an apartment where residents can enjoy a royal healing life with 'forest care' full of health every day through landscaping and facilities more beautiful than an arboretum. Last year, an additional 123.3 billion KRW was invested boldly in facilities and continuous upgrades. As a result, beyond being a simple residential space, the brand value of Wanggil Station Royal Park City is being enhanced through luxury landscaping and landscaping facilities harmonized with nature.

The landscaping here goes beyond simple greenery; it is designed like a meticulously planned arboretum, allowing all households to appreciate seasonal changes and experience nature up close. Consequently, office workers returning home to Wanggil Station Royal Park City will feel as if they are leaving work for a resort, and families are expected to enjoy holidays as if spending time at a resort vacation spot.

Moreover, the abundant greenery is expected to enhance the emotional well-being of residents beyond just beautifying the complex. The clean air and peaceful environment provided by nature effectively relieve daily stress and help family members of all ages enjoy physical activities. These combined conditions create an ideal environment where 'well-aging' can be realized within the apartment. Additionally, the complex is the first in Korea to plant Kumokseo (Fortunella), whose scent travels miles and is used as a fragrance ingredient by the luxury brand Chanel, allowing residents to experience the 'scent' of luxury within the garden.

The burden of homeownership for holders has also been significantly reduced. DK Asia announced that the down payment for Wanggil Station Royal Park City has been lowered from the previous 10% to 5%. For intermediate payment loans, full interest-free financing is provided, so an apartment contract is possible with only 5% of the total sale price. For example, a 34-pyeong apartment can be purchased for about 30 million KRW, with no additional costs until move-in. Currently, intermediate loan interest rates are around 4-5% depending on the bank, so this greatly reduces financial burdens. Unlike newly launched apartments, this project avoided the application of 'Stress DSR' as the recruitment announcement was made last year.

At the same time, a 'full option' package consisting of 33 items worth about 100 million KRW is provided. Each room is equipped with the latest LG system air conditioner with air purification function, LG Objet Column built-in refrigerator consisting of refrigeration, freezing, and kimchi refrigerator, and free storage space within the unit, making it the first full-option apartment in Incheon.

In front of the housing exhibition hall, diverse landscaping and various sculptures have been installed to provide visitors with a variety of sights and allow them to tour the exhibition hall in a more relaxed environment.

Geographically, Wanggil Station Royal Park City is close to the Ara Waterway and is located in a terrain surrounded by mountains on three sides, known as Baesanimsu, with a 19,000-pyeong central park right in front of the complex that can be used like a garden, boasting a pleasant natural environment.

Within the complex, Incheon’s first indoor golf course equipped with GDR devices, hotel-style swimming pool and sauna, a premium cinema showing simultaneous screenings, and private reading rooms are available. There is also a fitness center equipped with Italian luxury TechnoGym brand exercise equipment and a three-meal service. Additionally, a luxury yacht service is provided, enabling a high-quality lifestyle within the complex.

Wanggil Station Royal Park City offers convenient transportation and amenities. It is located near Wanggil Station on Incheon Subway Line 2, and through the Airport Expressway and Airport Railroad, it provides easy access not only to all areas of Incheon but also to the Gangnam area, Seoul Gangseo (Magok), Gimpo, and other neighboring regions. In particular, residents can conveniently travel to Geomam Station and Wanggil Station using the limousine bus service provided by DK Asia.

Furthermore, it is advantageous that the area serves as a residential base for major conglomerates. The influx of demand with purchasing power is likely to further energize regional development. A representative example is Hana Financial Group, which is establishing its headquarters in Cheongna. Known as the Cheongna Group Headquarters, six affiliates of Hana Financial Group will be located there, with completion scheduled for the end of 2025.

Robot-related companies also attract attention. Yuil Robotics, a specialist in automation, is preparing to expand its headquarters and factory by relocating to an 8,000-pyeong (approximately 26,000㎡) site within the Cheongna IHP Advanced Industrial Complex, focusing on boosting production capacity.

Additionally, LG Magna e-Powertrain has established its headquarters in the Seo-gu Western Industrial Complex in Incheon, and BMW Group Korea has opened an R&D center in Cheongna International City. Moreover, the Seoul Asan Hospital consortium was selected as the preferred negotiator for the Cheongna Medical Complex Town, which is being developed with a general hospital and medical bio-industry-academic research facilities, aiming to open in 2029. Furthermore, retail giants Costco Cheongna and Starfield Cheongna are scheduled to open in August 2024 and 2028, respectively, both reachable within 8 minutes by car. Notably, Starfield Cheongna will be Korea’s first stay-type shopping mall combined with a dome stadium.

Meanwhile, Wanggil Station Royal Park City is a large complex consisting of 15 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, with exclusive areas of 59, 74, 84, and 99㎡, totaling 1,500 households. The construction is handled by Daewoo Engineering & Construction, a renowned housing company, and landscaping is managed by Samsung C&T Resort Division, ranked number one in Korea’s landscaping sector. Move-in is scheduled for September this year, and the housing exhibition hall is located in Wanggil-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon. Visitors to the exhibition hall will also receive tickets for the Ara Waterway yacht tour operated by DK Asia for residents.
