Chairman Jeong plans to sequentially hold the 'K-Value-Up Global Roadshow' in Tokyo on the 14th and New York on the 16th, actively promoting the corporate value-up program to global investors and listening to various opinions from local investors.

Additionally, Chairman Jeong will visit the Tokyo headquarters of the Japan Exchange Group to meet with CEO Yamaji Hiromi, exchanging views on the corporate value enhancement programs currently being prioritized in both countries and discussing ways to strengthen mutual cooperation among regional exchanges for the future development of the capital markets in both countries.

Furthermore, Chairman Jeong plans to hold a roundtable meeting by inviting heads of domestic financial institutions' branches located in Tokyo and New York, urging active participation in efforts to resolve the Korea discount (undervaluation of the Korean stock market) through the corporate value-up program even while overseas.

The Korea Exchange expects that these global activities will serve as an opportunity for foreign investors to take greater interest in the corporate value-up program and to expand their investments in Korean companies and the stock market.

Chairman Jeong stated, "We will pursue the corporate value-up program with a long-term perspective and consistent policies so that it can restore trust in the Korean stock market and serve as a catalyst for market revaluation," adding, "We also plan to continue global marketing activities for the corporate value-up program targeting investors in major financial hubs such as Singapore and London."
