Pulmuone Celebrates 40th Anniversary, Aiming to Become the Number One Sustainable Food Company

Leap to Future Food Company Centered on 4 Core Businesses

Pulmuone announced on the 12th that CEO Lee Hyo-yul held a commemorative ceremony at the Suseo headquarters on the 10th, two days before the company's 40th anniversary, declaring its commitment to becoming a 'Global Number One Sustainable Food Company.'

Pulmuone plans to establish sustainable growth engines centered on four core businesses: 'expansion of sustainable food,' 'global market expansion,' 'strengthening ESG management,' and 'future response through food tech.'


In his anniversary speech, CEO Lee said, "Pulmuone has written a new history on an uncharted path 40 years ago," adding, "Now, we will take a second leap forward as a 'Global Number One Sustainable Food Company' that leads the future global K-food industry and brings health and happiness to people worldwide."


He continued, "As a 'for-profit company pursuing social public interest,' we will become a global top-class ESG (environmental, social, and governance) company for not only shareholders but also customers, employees, partners, and local communities, and a global company admired and respected by people worldwide," emphasizing this commitment.


To celebrate its 40th anniversary, Pulmuone installed a transparent OLED in the headquarters lobby and operated a product experience zone. Additionally, it held a customer event called 'Stay Pulmuone,' featuring Lee Hyori, the model for Pulmuone Earth Diet.
