Lotte Distribution Group HQ, which encompasses the mid- to long-term strategies of Lotte's distribution affiliates, announced on the 12th that it held a 'Family Day' event in May to celebrate Family Month.
On the 11th, families of Lotte Distribution Group HQ executives and employees participated in a 'One-Day CEO Experience' at Lotte World Tower in Songpa-gu, Seoul.
Family Day is an event planned to strengthen family-friendly management. On the 11th, 80 employees' family members were invited to Lotte World Tower in Songpa-gu, Seoul, where they enjoyed activities such as visiting the aquarium and making character clay figures.
In particular, the office on the 20th floor of Lotte World Tower, where Kim Sang-hyun, the General CEO of Lotte Distribution Group HQ, works, was opened to allow employees' families to experience a 'One-day CEO' program. Families also toured the employees' workspaces to enhance their understanding of the company and foster mutual empathy.
Employees' families who attended Family Day were given honorary employee ID cards and various gifts.
