Jeong Dohee, Cheonan City Council Chairman, Receives 'Proud Best Award of Korea'

Contribution to Creating an Environment for Local Council Legislative Activities and Development of Local Councils

Jeong Do-hee, Chairman of the Cheonan City Council, received the 9th 2024 Korea Proud Best Award for Outstanding Contribution to Legislative Affairs.

Chairman Jeong was recognized for his contributions to the development of local councils by prioritizing public livelihood issues in legislative activities, realizing the values of democracy, and creating a dynamic environment for local council activities.

Chairman Jeong Do-hee said, "This result was achieved solely by focusing on the citizens after the opening of the 9th term, with all 27 city council members united in one mind," adding, "I will continue to do my best in the remaining first half of the legislative term with a heavy sense of responsibility and mission."
