These Days' Trend is Cost-Effectiveness... Baemin Provides Customized Support for 'Cost-Effective Menus'

Baemin's operator Woowa Brothers announced on the 10th that they will hold a campaign called "Money-Making Cost-Effective Menus," which teaches everything from defining the concept of cost-effective menus to development methods, in response to the demand from consumers seeking reasonable consumption.

This campaign was prepared to apply the concept of cost-effectiveness, which has recently become a consumer culture due to high prices, to the restaurant industry. It helps restaurant owners who are unfamiliar with cost-effective menus to understand and directly apply menu development to their stores. The campaign is conducted together with Baemin's "Restaurant Advisory Group," launched last month to help improve the management efficiency of restaurant operators.

Baemin defined the concept of cost-effective menus as "a light meal at a reasonable price" and subdivided it into four categories?'Satisfying Cost-Effectiveness,' 'Healthy Cost-Effectiveness,' 'Single-Person Cost-Effectiveness,' and 'Time-Limited Cost-Effectiveness'?to be applied according to each store's situation.

Menu introductions, success stories, and know-how will be produced as a "Monthly Planning" series on the Baemin Restaurant Plaza website. Additionally, self-diagnosis methods tailored to each store based on commercial district and circumstances can be checked. Appropriate menus are analyzed based on standard recipes, costs, and sales volume for each menu.

Along with this, Baemin is recruiting participants who can receive close consulting. Selected participants will be supported by Baemin for seven weeks in developing and selling cost-effective menus customized to their commercial district and customers.

Kwon Yong-gyu, Head of the Business Center at Woowa Brothers, said, "We created a support program for 'cost-effective menus' preferred by customers to strengthen the menu competitiveness of restaurant operators," adding, "We will continue to provide free education, consulting, and other programs to help improve the management efficiency of restaurant operators."
