The Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education is developing and distributing six types of 'Automated School Administrative Forms' to enhance the efficiency of administrative tasks and reduce the workload of school staff.
This measure aims to minimize administrative waste caused by repeatedly drafting similar content when producing various documents at schools. A dedicated task force (TF) operates to automatically generate and print related documents with a single input of key information.
The newly developed forms include ▲forms related to handling school violence cases ▲academic affairs such as admissions ▲formation and appointment of the School Operation Committee ▲off-campus experiential learning such as home study application and result reports ▲appointment and hiring of fixed-term teachers ▲evaluation sheets for the goods selection committee.
The automated forms can be downloaded and used from the integrated resource center on the Provincial Office of Education website and the K-EduFine work support bulletin board.
Kim Seung-ho, the School Work Improvement Officer at the Provincial Office of Education, stated, "The automated forms will improve the efficiency of simple and repetitive tasks and help reduce the workload of school staff," adding, "We will continue to identify and improve tasks requested by schools so that they can focus on educational activities."
