Gijang-gun, a City Embracing Science, Hosts 'Family Science Experience Learning'

Operation of 12 Experience Booths, Science and Technology Expert Lectures, and Performances

Busan Gijang-gun will hold the ‘Gijang Family Science Experience Learning’ event on the 11th from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the lobby and outdoor plaza of the Gijang-gun Office, where visitors can experience a variety of science cultures.

This science experience learning event, under the theme ‘Gijang, a City Embracing Science, Opening the Future,’ is divided into three areas featuring various experience booths, special lectures by science and technology experts, and science magic performances to make science easily and enjoyably accessible in everyday life.

The event is divided into ▲‘Future-Opening STEAM Experience Zone’ composed of science, art, and culture convergence program booths ▲‘Science Classroom Embracing Happiness,’ which includes classroom-type life science booths and virtual reality experiences ▲‘Science Concert,’ consisting of a science golden bell quiz, special lectures by science and technology experts, and science magic performances. These diverse science experience programs are designed to help children enjoy the fascinating world of science with their families and foster scientific curiosity.

Detailed event contents include ▲‘Experience Learning Programs’ such as Ancestors’ Wisdom - Sundial, Da Vinci Helicopter, Voronoi Necklace Making, and Magnet Spindles ▲‘Life Science Classroom Programs’ such as Latin Tiling Pot Making and Storytelling Mechanical Dolls ▲Science Golden Bell quiz on scientific knowledge ▲Science special lectures related to games and related careers ▲Science magic performances related to seafood.
