On the 8th, a post titled "Can you sell this kind of jokbal to customers?" was uploaded on an online community. The author, Mr. A, who recently ordered jokbal for delivery, shared a photo of the jokbal he received and claimed, "It seems like they gave me a collection of scraps."
In the photo shared by Mr. A, small broken pieces of meat can be seen inside the delivery container. Fat and lean meat parts are mixed here and there, and some pieces appear to be only fat. In contrast, a photo taken from another customer's review for comparison shows fat and lean meat properly connected and neatly arranged.
Mr. A said, "This is a jokbal brand I often enjoy in my neighborhood, but when I visited a friend's house and ordered from a store in my friend's neighborhood, this is how it was delivered," expressing his frustration, "It's really too much. I got annoyed halfway through eating and gave the rest to the dogs in the warehouse."
Netizens who saw the story reacted with comments such as, "They still make money selling like that," "I wonder if they can't cut properly or if it was overcooked and mushy," "I hope it was a mistake," "It seems like it was cooked wrong and sent," "It looks like they picked leftover pieces and sent them," "I want to believe it was a delivery mistake," and "I can't understand the jokbal restaurant that sent that thinking it was okay."
On the other hand, some netizens responded, "Jokbal is hard to cut, so let's understand," "It seems like it was cut without cooling, so it turned out like that. There is no problem with the taste," and "It's not right to make it public after already eating half." Netizen B advised, "(The jokbal in the photo) seems to be from the hind leg meat, which breaks down like that if cooked for a long time. Even if the jokbal is sliced carefully to avoid breaking, it probably broke and mixed while rolling around inside the delivery container during delivery," adding, "Hind leg meat becomes flaky like a tuna can when cooked for a long time. The jokbal restaurant did not intentionally include scraps, so you can just request a proper refund or re-cooking."
