On the 11th (Saturday), a non-sequential event for ‘Busan Janganjigu Dietre de Ocean’ will be held for one day only.
An on-site official stated, “Since this is a one-day planned non-sequential event, a large crowd is expected,” and added, “There are also special benefits exclusively for participants of the non-sequential event (which may end early or have schedule changes depending on budget exhaustion), leading to many inquiries.”
The benefits include ‘full interest-free intermediate payment’, ‘5% deposit’, ‘free options worth up to 24 million KRW (varies by type)’, ‘unlimited resale allowed’, and ‘living room floor-to-ceiling windows and glass railings’. What draws attention is that this sales site is the ‘first in Busan’ to offer all these benefits simultaneously. Additionally, a contract condition safety guarantee system is also being implemented, increasing interest. Due to many inquiries even before the event, the enthusiasm for this non-sequential event is expected to be very high.
The event will start at 11:30 AM at the model house (located in Maehak-ri area, Jeonggwan-eup, Gijang-gun, Busan Metropolitan City). Participants can select their unit number through a lottery based on the assigned number ticket.
The Janganjigu where the complex is located is evaluated as the area expected to benefit the most from the ‘Nopo-Jeonggwan Line (Phase 1) project (subject to preliminary feasibility study)’ and the creation of a double station area at ‘Jwacheon Station (Donghae Line)’.
