Muan-gun Promotes Document Practical Training for Public Officials by Rank

Customized Training by Rank for Over 700 Public Officials Below Grade 6

Muan-gun, Jeollanam-do (Governor Kim San) has been conducting practical document training for public officials by rank at the Health Center's new building from the 8th of last month until the end of next month, totaling 12 sessions.

According to the county on the 9th, this training aims to improve employees' practical skills and build confidence by providing customized training by rank for about 700 public officials at grade 6 and below.

The training covers essential topics for public service life such as △drafting documents △plans △pre-reporting △press release writing techniques.

The instructor is a veteran administrative expert who previously served as a secretary at the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, providing training based on practical experience and from the perspective of senior and junior colleagues, creating a natural workshop atmosphere that has received great responses from employees.

Muan-gun expects to enhance work capabilities by focusing on practical training rather than simple education, inviting professional instructors to teach everything from document writing techniques for new employees to planning report skills for grade 6 officials.
