[Special Stock] Eastsoft, Full AI Alliance Synergy with MS... Global Expansion via Azure

ESTsoft is showing strong performance. News of strengthening its artificial intelligence (AI) alliance with Microsoft (MS) appears to be influencing its stock price.

As of 9:24 a.m. on the 9th, ESTsoft is trading at 30,100 KRW, up 14.45% from the previous day.

ESTsoft announced that it will offer its AI human video production service 'AI Studio Perso' and real-time conversation and interpretation service 'Perso Live' to the global market on a subscription basis. The subscription-based AI human services are provided on the Microsoft Azure platform in the forms of ▲Software as a Service (SaaS) ▲Application Programming Interface (API) ▲Software Development Kit (SDK). ESTsoft and MS held a global launch event for the 'AI Perso Portal SaaS' at the Korea Microsoft Gwanghwamun office.

An ESTsoft representative explained, "The pioneering launch of the conversational AI human service Perso Live, combined with a large language model (LLM), is being recognized for presenting new possibilities in the global AI human market, which has grown centered on video production, thereby further elevating ESTsoft's position."

They added, "Having completed preparations to supply standardized, high-quality AI human services within Microsoft's ecosystem, we plan to accelerate global business expansion. Along with activating subscription services, we will quickly build a business model that diversifies sales methods and service types."

The global launch event was attended by Rachel Bondy, Vice President of MS Asia SMC (Small and Medium-sized Companies) division, and key personnel from Microsoft Korea. They reportedly revealed plans for global AI business cooperation with ESTsoft.

ESTsoft plans to provide the AI Perso Portal to corporate customers worldwide through MS's cloud service, Azure. ESTsoft is also planning joint marketing with MS for the AI Perso Portal.

ESTsoft joined MS's global technology cooperation project, 'MS Vision Alliance,' in May last year. Through the launch of the AI Perso Portal utilizing Azure, the cooperation plan is being concretized in about a year.
