Yeongnangho Resort, operated by Shinsegae Central City, announced on the 9th that it has completed a nine-month renovation.

The renovation is the first in 11 years since July 2013 and was carried out across the lobby, guest rooms, golf course, dining facilities, and more. The newly revamped Yeongnangho Resort features a dark wood tone design and includes a Starbucks where guests can enjoy panoramic views of Yeongnangho Lake, Seoraksan Mountain, and the East Sea.

New kid-friendly rooms have been added for families. These rooms are decorated with cozy green colors and filled with child-friendly content such as playground equipment for children.

Through this renovation, Yeongnangho Resort has displayed artworks throughout the premises. In particular, the Korean painting "Book - Accumulation of Time" by artist Kim Deok-yong is praised for enhancing the sophisticated atmosphere of the lobby. Around 20 paintings and prints by renowned domestic and international artists including Jang Chi-gil, Lee Seon-won, Jung Joo-young, and Janine Coupe Riding have been installed in the clubhouse lounge, cafeteria, and other areas.

Yeongnangho Country Club has improved the course flow and clubhouse amenities while introducing robot caddies.

A Shinsegae Central City official said, "We will strive to provide joyful memories to all customers who use Yeongnangho Resort."
