Muan-gun Holds County Residents' Day Ceremony and Opens Health Center and Complex Cultural Center

A Harmonious Gathering with Residents, A New Beginning Celebration

Muan-gun, Jeollanam-do (Governor Kim San) announced on the 8th that the ‘55th Muan-gun Residents' Day Ceremony and the Opening Ceremony of Muan-gun Health Center and Complex Cultural Center’ were successfully concluded at the new health center plaza with the participation of about 600 residents on the 7th.

This Residents' Day event was held together with the opening ceremony of the Health Center and Complex Cultural Center to reflect on the meaning of mutual development through residents' harmony and to celebrate the new start of the new building.

The first part of the ceremony began with various genre performances such as the village community’s Nanta drumming, pungmul performance, and string sextet, followed by the reading of the Residents' Charter, awards ceremony, hometown love donation ceremony, commemorative speeches, and congratulatory speeches.

Governor Kim San said, “Today’s event is a place where all residents come together to enjoy and celebrate the new beginning of Muan, which will be reborn as a center of culture, administration, health, and medical care.
