Luxury Apartments to Rise in Gangnam... "We Will Be Selective About Residents"

A luxury brand Fendi Casa-designed ultra-high-end residence will be built in Gangnam, Seoul. It is the first luxury residence of its kind in Asia. The residents will be selected based on their assets as well as their occupations.

Real estate developer Golden Tree Development announced that it will collaborate with the global luxury brand Fendi Casa to introduce a high-end mixed-use residential facility called 'Podo Private Residence Seoul - Interior by Fendi Casa' (hereinafter Podo by Fendi Casa) in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

The building will be constructed on the site opposite the Geonseol Hall near Hakdong Station on Seoul Subway Line 7, with seven basement floors and 20 above-ground floors. It will consist of six officetel units, 29 apartments, and neighborhood living facilities. All officetels have a net area of 281㎡ (85 pyeong), and all apartments have a net area of 248㎡ (75 pyeong).

The design is by French architect Dominique Perrault, who is well-known domestically for projects such as Ewha Womans University ECC building and Yeosu Complex Cultural Arts Performance Hall Yeoul Naru. Every unit will feature interiors by Fendi Casa, including Fendi Casa furniture, carpets, and tableware. Premium interiors reflecting the residents' requests are also available. Beyond sales, the project aims to provide top-tier hotel-level concierge services and continuous maintenance management after move-in.

Fendi Casa has previously undertaken ultra-luxury residence projects in Miami, USA; Marbella, Spain; Santa Maria, Panama; and Prague, Czech Republic. This domestic project is the seventh. Construction is scheduled to begin in September, with an expected duration of about four years.
