Allegations of Violating the Railroad Safety Act
Dotty, a YouTuber known as the "President of Children," has been reported to Korea Railroad Corporation (KORAIL) for entering railway tracks without permission. Dotty previously sparked controversy over safety negligence by posting videos of himself filming on railway tracks online.
On the 3rd, KORAIL announced that it had reported Dotty to the Railroad Judicial Police for violating the Railroad Safety Act.

Article 48 of the Railroad Safety Act prohibits entering or passing through railway tracks (excluding roads intersecting with railways) or railway facilities designated by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport without the consent of the railway operator. Violators are subject to a fine of up to 5 million KRW.
The Railroad Judicial Police plan to verify the entry routes and timing of Dotty and others in the future.
Previously, Dotty posted and then deleted a video on his social media showing himself entering the railway tracks near the 'Samgak Baekbin Crossing' in Yongsan-gu, Seoul.
In response to the controversy, Dotty's agency Sandbox Network issued a statement saying, "We apologize for not obtaining prior permission to film the facility."
The agency added, "It was confirmed that the production team’s prior investigation was insufficient, leading to the mistaken belief that the tracks were abandoned, and prior permission was omitted. We acknowledge the procedural shortcomings and will seek ways to prevent the recurrence of such issues by exercising caution throughout the filming process."
