Hwaseong-si Appoints 4 Members to the 'City Administration Advisory Committee'

Participation of Experts in Economy, Society, Law, and Education

Hwaseong City in Gyeonggi Province held the 'Hwaseong City Administrative Advisory Committee Member Appointment Ceremony' on the 2nd at the central conference room of City Hall.

The Administrative Advisory Committee is an advisory body composed of experts and practitioners from various fields to present new administrative visions, goals, and directions in anticipation of surpassing a population of 1 million and the launch of a special city next year.

The appointed members on this day are ▲ Seonghyo, the head monk of Yongjusa Temple ▲ Jo Seung-moon, former vice president of KINTEX ▲ Song Ki-chul, lawyer at Shin Young Law Firm ▲ Choi Seung-sook, president of the Korean Learning Disabilities Association, totaling four members.

Jung Myung-geun, mayor of Hwaseong City, said, "Hwaseong is developing beyond a city of one million people," adding, "We look forward to various opinions for the growth and balanced development of Hwaseong, with the city being city-like and rural areas being rural-like."
