The ‘BladeX’, a 5ℓ large-capacity product, features a dual processing mode with two options: standard mode and powerful mode. When using the powerful mode, it can process hard byproducts such as chicken bones and crab shells, which were difficult to handle with conventional food waste disposers. The independently developed eco filter also improved filter performance by 125% compared to previous models. The maximum daily processing capacity is 30ℓ.

Unlike previous models with an integrated storage compartment, the main unit and the storage tower are designed to be connected and separated. The storage tower has a capacity of 21ℓ. The built-in residue storage compartment can hold up to 10ℓ of processed food waste. Smart features such as 99.9% sterilization of pathogenic bacteria, smart storage function, and self-cleaning function to create a pleasant kitchen environment have been maintained.

The BladeX and Smart Cara 400 Pro 2 are available in two colors: ‘Snow White’ and ‘Light Beige’. They apply a BLDC motor produced in-house, enhancing overall performance including lifespan, friction noise, and electrical efficiency compared to previous motors. The new product’s motor warranty period is set at 10 years.

A Smart Cara representative said, “Based on user feedback, we have released two new products with improved overall performance and convenience. In particular, the 5ℓ large-capacity product features a powerful mode that crushes even chicken bones, equipping it with differentiated technology from existing food waste disposers.”
