On the 2nd, when the 'K-Pass', which replaces the existing Discounted Transportation Card program, started its service, citizens were commuting by subway at Gwanghwamun Station in Jongno, Seoul. Unlike the Climate Companion Card, a fixed-rate ticket usable only in Seoul, the K-Pass can be used in most local governments and refunds a certain percentage of expenses the following month when used 15 times or more on city buses, village buses, subways, intercity buses, and GTX.
