Samsung Electronics is offering free rentals of the 'Galaxy S24 series' to travelers departing from Incheon Airport.
On the 2nd, Samsung Electronics announced that it will provide a free rental service for the Galaxy S24 series from the previous day until the 9th of next month.
The rental service is available to anyone aged 14 and older departing through Incheon Airport, and can be used by applying online in advance. It operates on a first-come, first-served limited quantity basis. Applications can be made after identity verification through the event menu on the Modetour website. However, those under 19 years old require parental consent.
The products can be picked up at the pickup desk on the 3rd floor of Terminal 1 and at the 'Galaxy Studio' located on the 3rd floor of Terminal 2 at Incheon Airport. If there are remaining units, on-site instant rentals are also possible.
The Galaxy Studio in Terminal 2 also features a 'Galaxy AI' experience zone. Visitors can try out useful functions for free travel, such as interpretation, generative editing, note assist, browsing assist, and circle-to-search, which are especially helpful for travelers in their teens and twenties. Customers who register their mobile boarding pass in 'Samsung Wallet' will also receive a coffee coupon on a first-come, first-served basis.
Meanwhile, Samsung Electronics is also holding a travel photo event for rental customers. Customers who upload photos taken with the Galaxy S24 series and reviews after use on SNS will be eligible for benefits such as ▲Galaxy S24 Ultra ▲travel vouchers worth 500,000 KRW ▲mobile beverage coupons after screening.
A Samsung Electronics representative said, "We are providing the Galaxy S24 series rental service so that customers in their teens and twenties traveling abroad can enjoy a special trip with Galaxy AI," adding, "We hope you create joyful memories with 'Galaxy AI,' which is useful for everything from interpretation to photography and generative editing during your travels."
