106 Billion KRW Scale, 4 Buildings from Basement 3 to Ground 35 Floors with 368 Units
High Preference for Educational Infrastructure Including Prestigious School Districts
Dongbu Construction announced on the 30th that it has won the contract for the 'Ulsan Nam-gu Sinjeong-dong Apartment Construction Project' worth 106 billion KRW. This project involves building 368 apartment units in four buildings ranging from three basement floors to 35 above-ground floors at 1151-1 Sinjeong-dong, Nam-gu, Ulsan. All units are designed as 84㎡ types, which are highly preferred by residents, and the construction period is approximately 38 months from the start date.
The apartments to be constructed by Dongbu Construction are located in Sinjeong-dong, Nam-gu, Ulsan, where within a 2km radius there are city hall, government offices, large supermarkets, and hospitals, fulfilling all residential conditions including public services, shopping, medical care, and culture. Additionally, the area boasts an excellent educational environment with elementary, middle, and high schools nearby, as well as the largest academy district in Ulsan city. The area is also expected to gain significant attention as a beneficiary zone upon the future opening of the Ulsan Urban Railway.
A Dongbu Construction official stated, "Recently, the real estate market in Ulsan has seen steadily increasing demand for complexes with good locations and reasonable pricing. Therefore, the company secured this project after a thorough review of the project's stability and profitability."
