GH to Open Inspection of Records for Compensation in Anyang Indeogwon Area Urban Development Project Starting 30th

Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) has announced the compensation plan for land and other properties related to the 'Anyang Indeokwon Area Urban Development Project' and will allow inspection of the records from the 30th of this month until the 14th of next month.

The Anyang Indeokwon Urban Development Project is a compact city development project that integrates work, residence, and leisure by investing a total project cost of 412.1 billion KRW to create a complex transit center, apartment complexes, public knowledge industry centers, public facilities, and neighborhood living facilities on a 150,973㎡ site at 157 Gwanyang-dong, Dongan-gu, Anyang City.

GH, as the project implementer, allows owners and related parties who bring identification within the project area to inspect the land and fixture records during the 15-day inspection period and accept written objections if there are any.

After the inspection period for the compensation plan announcement ends, appraisals of land and fixtures will be conducted starting in June, and based on the appraisal results, compensation negotiations with landowners and others will proceed from August.
