The Emergency Response Technology Policy Research Center at Dong-A University (Director Professor Dong-gyu Lee) held the ‘CG Inside iHopper UX (User Experience) Innovation Contest Award Ceremony.’
This contest was co-hosted by Dong-A University’s Emergency Response Technology Policy Research Center and CG Inside, targeting specialized trainees of the university’s ‘Gerontechnology-based AI Platform Developer Training Course.’
Participants experienced the iHopper platform service operated by CG Inside and proposed innovative ideas based on user experience to the company.
At the award ceremony held on the 27th at Dong-A University’s Bumin Campus, Park Seon-chun, CEO of CG Inside, personally presented the UX Innovation Award and prize money.
The grand prize winner of the UX Innovation Award was student Hyun-ji Jo (Dong-A University Seokdang Talent Department), who received a prize of 500,000 KRW and a certificate.
The recipients of the Excellence Award (Jae-hwan Sung from Dong-A University’s Business Administration Department, Bong-jun Song from Dongguk University’s Public Administration, Police and Public Affairs Department, Do-hyun Moon from Dong-A University’s Medical Ethics Department, Hyo-bin Ha from Dong-A University’s Social Welfare Department, and Si-eun Lee from Dong-A University’s Economics Department) each received 300,000 KRW, while the recipients of the Merit Award (So-yeon Kim from Dong-A University’s Economics Department, Seong-jun Lee from Dong-A University’s Finance Department, Si-young Song from Dong-A University’s Economics Department, and Hye-jin Jang from Dong-A University’s Chinese Language Department) each received 100,000 KRW.
After the award ceremony, there was a launch ceremony for the CG Inside Youth Supporters and an introduction session for the company’s newly released generative AI service, ‘iHOPPER-xAI.’
Professor Dong-gyu Lee, the lead professor of Dong-A University’s ‘Gerontechnology-based AI Platform Developer Training Course’ (Graduate School of Disaster Management), said, “Students have been diligently completing the long 800-hour course, so we worked hard to host a contest that would provide motivation and an opportunity to develop skills. We are grateful to CG Inside for sympathizing with and supporting the development of local talent.”
Park Seon-chun, CEO of CG Inside, stated, “Starting with iHopper, which gauges the direction of changes in laws and regulations, we are striving to cover a richer range of legal and regulatory areas, and a generative AI service will be launched soon. We hope that excellent students who have diligently completed the training will take an interest in our company after the course ends.”
