Cheonan-si, Average Individual Official Land Price Rises 1.77%

Objections Accepted Until the 29th of Next Month

The individual publicly announced land prices in Cheonan, Chungnam, have increased by an average of 1.77% compared to last year.

The city announced on the 30th that it has determined and publicly announced the individual land prices for 303,189 parcels as of January 1st, and will accept objections until the 29th of next month.

The newly determined and announced individual land prices can be viewed at the Cheonan City Hall Urban Planning Division, the Civil Complaints and Cadastral Divisions of both district offices, the Eup/Myeon/Dong Administrative Welfare Centers, or on the Real Estate Price Public Notice website.

Landowners and stakeholders with objections can submit them in person, by mail, or by completing and submitting the form on the Real Estate Price Public Notice website.

Objections received within the period will be reviewed for the appropriateness of the selection of comparison standard land and price assessment, verified by appraisers, and deliberated by the Cheonan City Real Estate Price Public Notice Committee. The results will be notified, and adjustments will be publicly announced on June 27th.

A city official stated, “Since individual publicly announced land prices serve as the tax base for various fields such as national and local taxes, we ask landowners and stakeholders to take a keen interest.”
