New Full-time Vice Chairman of Housing Construction Association, Lee Byung-hoon Appointed as HUG Vice President

Lee Byung-hoon, Executive Vice President of the Korea Housing Construction Association

The Korea Housing Builders Association announced on the 30th that it has appointed Lee Byung-hoon, former Vice President of the Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation (HUG), as its new full-time Vice Chairman. Lee served as Director of the Land Development Division at the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport in 2009 and as Director of the Construction Industry Division at the Construction Policy Bureau in 2015. Since October 2020, he has held the position of Vice President at HUG.

The new full-time Vice Chairman Lee is originally from Masan, Gyeongnam, and graduated from Whimoon High School in Seoul. He earned a bachelor's degree in Public Law from Seoul National University and a master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington in the United States.
