Two Types of Cards Linked to MOLIT K-Pass Project
NH Nonghyup Bank Gyeongnam Headquarters announced on the 29th that it has launched two types of 'NH Nonghyup K-Pass Cards' (credit and check) linked to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's K-Pass project.
The K-Pass project is a public transportation fare refund support program by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, which will be implemented starting May 1.
The predecessor of this project, the Altteul Transportation Card, had the inconvenience of requiring users to record their departure and arrival locations for fare refunds. However, K-Pass enhances customer convenience by refunding a certain percentage of public transportation expenses regardless of travel distance.
The main benefit of the K-Pass card is the transportation fare refund. If you regularly use public transportation 15 times or more per month, you can receive a refund of a certain percentage of your expenses (20% for the general public, 30% for youth, and 53% for low-income groups).
Customers who already have the Altteul Transportation Card can also enjoy the same K-Pass card benefits. They can apply for K-Pass membership conversion on the Altteul Transportation Card website/app by the 30th.
A representative of NH Nonghyup Bank Gyeongnam Headquarters said, “We introduced the NH Nonghyup K-Pass card through a partnership with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport,” and added, “We will continue to actively participate in policy projects to help reduce the essential living expenses burden for our customers.”
