IBK Industrial Bank, Open Recruitment for General Positions in 6 Fields Including AI Modeling Technology and Research

IBK Industrial Bank, which is conducting a new recruitment of 150 employees in the first half of this year, announced on the 29th that it will conduct regular recruitment of general employees (full-time) alongside the open recruitment to secure excellent talent with expertise.

The total number of recruits is 10, and the recruitment fields include six areas related to IT and digital: ‘Artificial Intelligence (AI) Modeling and Technical Research,’ ‘Data Engineering,’ ‘Cybersecurity Research and Analysis,’ ‘Data Analysis,’ ‘UX/UI Web Publishing,’ and ‘Actuary.’

The qualification requirements for IT and digital-related fields are either ‘holders of a doctoral degree’ or ‘holders of a master’s degree with more than three years of relevant work experience,’ while the ‘Actuary’ field is limited to those holding an actuary registration certificate.

Applicants can submit their applications through the IBK recruitment website from the 29th until May 13th. After document screening, practical tests, and interviews, the final successful candidates will be announced in June.

The final successful candidates will be assigned to relevant departments at headquarters after completing new employee training and will perform related duties. The bank will recognize degrees such as master’s and doctoral degrees and related experience according to relevant regulations and will actively consider hiring at the manager level.

Meanwhile, IBK Industrial Bank will also conduct youth intern recruitment in May, allowing participants to directly experience the bank’s fieldwork and work on projects with ‘IBK Changgong’ innovative companies. An IBK Industrial Bank official stated, “We will continue to lead youth employment creation by providing quality jobs to many young people through various recruitment efforts.”
